Customs legislation and regulations
As an importer or exporter, you are deemed to be aware of customs legislation regarding import and export of goods. For example, each product has a Harmonised System code with the percentage of import duties linked to it.
Although you, as importer or exporter, are responsible for making these declarations, Colvan assist you determining the customs value and helps you to make use of the option to keep or move the goods bonded.
The goods can be stored under customs supervision so that you can determine the right time to pay import duties. If you are selling the goods outside the EU you do not pay any import duties at all.
